After looking at a lot of gas fireplaces, we worked with James to get a Valor H3 installed. The Valors flame and clean look plus excellent customer service is what landed us at Bridlewood.

We recently had a gas fireplace insert installed and the people at Bridlewood were all absolutely amazing to work with! James answered all our questions about the process and products and was able to do a walkthrough, provide a quote, and set up the installation very promptly. We were also happy with the installers, they were great and the finished product looks fantastic. If you are looking for a gas fireplace, do not hesitate to work with the crew at Bridlewood!

Called Bridlewood to repair my gas fireplace. Good communication with the service dept. arrived on time for appointment. Two very personable Techs, had me up and running in about 45 minutes. Knowledgeable Guys who explained the issue and remedy. Definitely recommend.
