We recently had a gas fireplace insert installed and the people at Bridlewood were all absolutely amazing to work with! James answered all our questions about the process and products and was able to do a walkthrough, provide a quote, and set up the installation very promptly. We were also happy with the installers, they were great and the finished product looks fantastic. If you are looking for a gas fireplace, do not hesitate to work with the crew at Bridlewood!

Called Bridlewood to repair my gas fireplace. Good communication with the service dept. arrived on time for appointment. Two very personable Techs, had me up and running in about 45 minutes. Knowledgeable Guys who explained the issue and remedy. Definitely recommend.

We're thrilled with our gas fireplace insert and the custom fabricated surround. Hindsight is 20/20 but we wish we would have done it years ago. Installers were great.

I had a problem with my fireplace and called Bridlewood. I was very lucky that I called on a day that wasn’t fully booked and had a technician here within a couple of hours. James was friendly (masked) and professional. He had things working very quickly! Thanks Bridlewood!

Very pleased with the service that was performed on my gas fireplace. First John was very accommodating to my situation and booked my appointment. Then Jason contacted me early to let me know he was on the way. Jason was very professional and informative. He performed the service and explained to me what he found. And he let me know what I could do in the future as far as maintenance goes that I can do myself. I would definitely recommend contacting Bridlewood for sales and service. Thanks again.

I called Bridlewood looking for some suggestions on how to fix an improper fireplace installation from a previous owner of my house. John was gracious enough to come by and look at the job and tell me of the simple parts/fixes that was needed to correct the installation. He had no obligation to come and look at it, but it really displays the professionalism and service that John and Bridlewood have for their customers. Thank you again for all the help!

Great place to shop for radiant fireplaces. Professional installation by them. Very happy with the installers who were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I also got them to run my gas stove to the kitchen. Happy customer.
